Όροι Συμμετοχής στον Διαγωνισμό «BUD FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ Cyprus»

1. Αντικείμενο του Διαγωνισμού

Η εταιρεία με την επωνυμία «COCA-COLA HBC CYPRUS LTD», που εδρεύει στην Έγκωμη Λευκωσίας επί της οδού Κυριάκου Μάτση αρ. 66, όπως νόμιμα εκπροσωπείται, (εφεξής o «Διοργανωτής») διοργανώνει προωθητική ενέργεια-διαγωνισμό με την ονομασία «BUD FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ Cyprus» (εφεξής ο «Διαγωνισμός»), δια της ιστοσελίδας με ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση https://bud.dondake.ltd/ (εφεξής η «Ιστοσελίδα»). Ο Διαγωνισμός θα διενεργηθεί κατά τη διάρκεια 10 προωθητικών εκδηλώσεων που θα λάβουν χώρα σε καταστήματα επιλογής του Διοργανωτή.

2. Σκοπός του Διαγωνισμού

Σκοπός του Διαγωνισμού είναι η ανάδειξη πενήντα (50) νικητών ανά προωθητική εκδήλωση, και συνολικά πεντακοσίων (500) νικητών κατά τη Διάρκεια του Διαγωνισμού, στους οποίους ο Διοργανωτής θα απονείμει τα δώρα που προβλέπονται στους παρόντες όρους, σύμφωνα με τα ειδικότερα δια των παρόντων όρων διαλαμβανόμενα.

3. Δικαίωμα Συμμετοχής

Δικαίωμα συμμετοχής στον Διαγωνισμό έχουν όσοι διαμένουν στην Κύπρο και έχουν ηλικία άνω των δεκαοκτώ (18) ετών. Συμμετοχές ενδιαφερόμενων κάτω των δεκαοκτώ (18) ετών, οι οποίες τυχόν υποβάλλονται ούτως ή άλλως κατά ψευδή δήλωση περί της ηλικίας του ενδιαφερομένου, θα ακυρώνονται αυτοδικαίως.

4. Διάρκεια του Διαγωνισμού

Ως διάρκεια του Διαγωνισμού ορίζεται το χρονικό διάστημα από τις 15.06.2026, ώρα 19:00 έως τις 19.07.2026 ώρα 23:59 (εφεξής η «Διάρκεια»). Ειδικότερα, η διενέργεια του διαγωνισμού θα πραγματοποιείται κατά το χρονικό διάστημα που θα πραγματοποιείται η κάθε μία από τις δέκα (10) επιμέρους προωθητικές εκδηλώσεις εντός της Διάρκειας. Οποιαδήποτε συμμετοχή εκτός της Διάρκειας θεωρείται άκυρη και δεν θα λαμβάνεται υπόψη στις κληρώσεις και την ανάδειξη νικητών.

5. Τρόπος Συμμετοχής στον Διαγωνισμό

Με την επιφύλαξη των όσων ορίζονται στον όρο 3 των παρόντων όρων, κατά την Διάρκεια, κάθε ενδιαφερόμενος/η μπορεί να συμμετάσχει στον Διαγωνισμό, ακολουθώντας τα παρακάτω βήματα:

α) Αγοράζοντας μία μπύρα “BUD” λαμβάνει από την προωθητική ομάδα που θα βρίσκεται στα καταστήματα που συμμετέχουν στις ενέργειες του Διαγωνισμού, μια κάρτα – προωθητικό υλικό στο οποίο υπάρχει ένας κωδικός QR σχετικά με τον Διαγωνισμό.

β) Σκανάρει τον κωδικό QR που βρίσκεται τυπωμένος στο σχετικό με το Διαγωνισμό προωθητικό υλικο που θα του/της δοθεί από την προωθητική ομάδα, χρησιμοποιώντας την κάμερα του smartphone του/της και μπαίνει με τον τρόπο αυτό απευθείας στην Ιστοσελίδα.

γ) Συμπληρώνει την ειδική φόρμα συμμετοχής με τα στοιχεία του/της (και πιο συγκεκριμένα με την ημερομηνία γέννησης), επιβεβαιώνει, δια επιλογής (κλικ/submit) στο σχετικό πεδίο, ότι επιθυμεί να λάβει μέρος στον Διαγωνισμό και ότι έχει διαβάσει και αποδέχεται τους παρόντες όρους.

δ) Με την ολοκλήρωση της ανωτέρω διαδικασίας, απαντάει στην ερώτηση που εμφανίζεται και εφόσον απαντήσει σωστά ολοκληρώνεται η υποβολή της συμμετοχής στον Διαγωνισμό και μαθαίνει αν έχει κερδίσει κάποιο από τα Δώρα του Διαγωνισμού, το οποίο, σε περίπτωση που κερδίσει, παραλαμβάνει αμέσως από την προωθητική ομάδα.

Η υποβολή συμμετοχής στον Διαγωνισμό, κατά τα ανωτέρω, γίνεται με την αποκλειστική ευθύνη των συμμετεχόντων. Τα αρχεία τα οποία θα τηρεί ο Διοργανωτής με τα στοιχεία των συμμετεχόντων θα συνιστούν πλήρη απόδειξη αναφορικά με τη λήψη οποιασδήποτε συμμετοχής στον Διαγωνισμό από το σύστημα του Διοργανωτή και την εγκυρότητα της συμμετοχής κάθε συμμετέχοντος.

ii. Η υποβολή της συμμετοχής του κάθε συμμετέχοντος προϋποθέτει την πλήρωση όλων των όρων και προϋποθέσεων συμμετοχής στον Διαγωνισμό, συμπεριλαμβανομένου και του κατώτατου ηλικιακού ορίου της ενηλικότητας.

iii. Ο Διοργανωτής δύναται να ακυρώσει, κατά την απόλυτη κρίση και διακριτική ευχέρειά του, οποιαδήποτε συμμετοχή θεωρεί ότι είναι προϊόν παράνομης τεχνικής επιρροής ή εν γένει απάτης ή αθέμιτης παρεμβολής του συμμετέχοντα ή τρίτου ή δεν πληροί εν γένει τους όρους και προϋποθέσεις συμμετοχής στον Διαγωνισμό.

iv. Κάθε συμμετέχων στον Διαγωνισμό οφείλει να ενεργεί νόμιμα, σύμφωνα με τα χρηστά και συναλλακτικά ήθη και σύμφωνα με τους όρους χρήσης της Ιστοσελίδας.

Οι συμμετέχοντες έχουν δικαίωμα υποβολής πολλαπλών συμμετοχών στον Διαγωνισμό, αλλά σε περίπτωση ανάδειξής τους ως νικητών περισσότερες από μία φορές την ίδια ημέρα, θα δικαιούνται να λάβουν μόνο ένα δώρο ο κάθε συμμετέχων.

Η συμμετοχή στον Διαγωνισμό προϋποθέτει πρόσβαση των ενδιαφερομένων στο διαδίκτυο με δικά τους τεχνικά μέσα. Ο Διοργανωτής δεν θα ευθύνονται στην περίπτωση που, για οποιοδήποτε τεχνικό λόγο, είναι αδύνατη η λήψη και καταχώρηση συμμετοχής κάποιου συμμετέχοντος στο σύστημα της Ιστοσελίδας.

6. Τρόπος Ανάδειξης Νικητών Διαγωνισμού – Παραλαβή του Δώρου

i. Η ανάδειξη των πενήντα (50) συνολικά ανά προωθητική εκδήλωση (και συνολικά πεντακοσίων (500) νικητών καθ’ ολη τη Διάρκεια του Διαγωνισμού), θα γίνεται άμεσα μέσω της ιστοσελίδας. Έγκυρες Συμμετοχές είναι αυτές για τις οποίες ισχύουν σωρευτικά τα παρακάτω:

1. Έχουν υποβληθεί σύμφωνα με τη διαδικασία που περιγράφεται στον όρο 5 ανωτέρω,

2. Πληρούν σωρευτικά όλες τις προϋποθέσεις, που θεμελιώνουν το δικαίωμα συμμετοχής, όπως διαλαμβάνεται στον όρο 3 ανωτέρω,

3. Ακολουθούν τις οδηγίες που γνωστοποιούνται στους συμμετέχοντες από την Ιστοσελίδα,

4. Δεν αποτελούν, κατά την κρίση του Διοργανωτή, προϊόν παράνομης τεχνικής επιρροής από το συμμετέχοντα ή τρίτο στα συστήματα του Διοργανωτή ή εν γένει απάτης ή αθέμιτης παρεμβολής του συμμετέχοντα ή τρίτου (π.χ. μέσω πολλαπλών/εικονικών συμμετοχών),

5. Δεν προσβάλλουν τα χρηστά και συναλλακτικά ήθη και είναι σύμφωνες με τους παρόντες όρους συμμετοχής.

6. Έχουν υποβληθεί και έχουν καταχωρηθεί στην Ιστοσελίδα εντός της Διάρκειας, ως ορίζεται στον όρο 4 ανωτέρω.

Οι νικητές που θα αναδειχθούν από τον Διαγωνισμό, ενημερώνονται άμεσα μέσω της Ιστοσελίδας αν έχουν κερδίσει κάποιο από τα δώρα. Αν έχουν κερδίσει παραλαμβάνουν αμέσως το δώρο τους από την προωθητική ομάδα που θα βρίσκεται στο σημείο που πραγματοποιείται η σχετική προωθητική εκδήλωση.

O Διοργανωτής διατηρεί το δικαίωμα και στο εν λόγω στάδιο να επιβεβαιώσει την πλήρωση των όρων και προϋποθέσεων συμμετοχής στον Διαγωνισμό (και πιο συγκεκριμένα αν ο νικητής είναι ενήλικος) με τρόπο που θα κρίνει πρόσφορο.

Σε περίπτωση που κάποιος από τους Νικητές δεν αποδεχθεί το δώρο του, δεν ακολουθήσει την προβλεπόμενη διαδικασία, χάνει οριστικά κάθε δικαίωμα επί του δώρου.

7. Δώρα

Ο κάθε νικητής θα κερδίσει ένα από τα ακόλουθα δώρα, όπως το δώρο αυτό θα προκύψει από την Ιστοσελίδα:

• Οκτώ (8) καπέλα blue caps

• Δεκατρία (13) καπέλα bucket hats

• Πέντε (5) blue T-shirts

• Τρεις (3) πετσέτες θαλάσσης

• Ένα (1) Hoodies

• Είκοσι (20) ποτήρια BUD

Για την παραλαβή των Δώρων, οι Νικητές ενδέχεται να κληθούν να επιδείξουν στο εντεταλμένο προς τούτο πρόσωπο από την Προωθητική Ομάδα το προσωπικό Δελτίο Αστυνομικής Ταυτότητάς τους, ή αλλο έγγραφο ταυτοπροσωπίας (πχ. δίπλωμα οδήγησης, διαβατήριο), από το οποίο να προκύπτει ότι πληρούνται οι προϋποθέσεις συμμετοχής στο Διαγωνισμό (δηλαδή η ενηλικότητα του Νικητή). Σε περίπτωση άρνησης επίδειξης εγγράφου ταυτοπροσωπίας, εφόσον ζητηθεί, χάνει το δικαίωμα στο Δώρο και δεν του αποδίδεται το Δώρο.

Το κάθε Δώρο είναι προσωπικό και μη μεταβιβάσιμο, οι δε τυχεροί νικητές του Διαγωνισμού δεν έχουν δικαίωμα ανταλλαγής του με χρήματα ή άλλα αντικαταστατά πράγματα ούτε δικαίωμα μεταπώλησης ή μεταβίβασής του σε τρίτους.

Τα ακριβή χαρακτηριστικά των Δώρων εναπόκεινται στην απόλυτη διακριτική ευχέρεια και ελεύθερη επιλογή του Διοργανωτή, και τα Δώρα παρέχονται αποκλειστικά και μόνο εξ αφορμής και με αιτία τον Διαγωνισμό. Ο Διοργανωτής μπορεί κατά πάντα χρόνο να αλλάξει τα Δώρα ή τις επιμέρους ιδιότητές τους γνωστοποιώντας την εκάστοτε αλλαγή στο κοινό με τον ίδιο τρόπο, με τον οποίο γνωστοποιεί τους παρόντες όρους.

8. Ευθύνη

α. Ο Διοργανωτής δεν φέρει καμία ευθύνη εάν κάποιος Νικητής αδυνατεί, αρνηθεί ή αδρανήσει για οποιοδήποτε λόγο ή επιδείξει αδιαφορία ή αμέλεια προκειμένου να παραλάβει το Δώρο. Στις περιπτώσεις αυτές ο Νικητής χάνει κάθε δικαίωμα, απαίτηση ή αξίωσή τους επί του Δώρου, και το τελευταίο παραμένει εις χείρας του Διωργανωτή, ο οποίος απαλλάσσεται από κάθε υποχρέωση απόδοσής του και δικαιούται να διαχειριστεί το Δώρο κατά την απόλυτη κρίση και διακριτική του ευχέρεια.

β. Σε κάθε περίπτωση, η ευθύνη του Διοργανωτή περιορίζεται σε τυχόν πράξεις ή παραλείψεις του τελούμενες από δόλο ή βαρειά αμέλεια και δεν εκτείνεται σε τυχερά γεγονότα ή γεγονότα ανωτέρας βίας που ενδέχεται να συντρέξουν ως προς αυτόν.

γ. Ο Διοργανωτής θα ευθύνεται αποκλειστικά και μόνο για τη διάθεση των Δώρων στους νικητές του Διαγωνισμού. Εφόσον διατεθεί το σύνολο των Δώρων, ο Διοργανωτής δεν ευθύνεται προς οποιονδήποτε τρίτο, συμπεριλαμβανομένων και των νικητών του Διαγωνισμού για παροχή επιπρόσθετων δώρων, για οποιονδήποτε λόγο και αιτία.

δ. Μετά τη λήξη της διάρκειας του Διαγωνισμού και της απονομής των Δώρων κατά τα προαναφερόμενα, κάθε υποχρέωση του Διοργανωτή σε σχέση με τον Διαγωνισμό, παύει να υφίσταται.

ε. Ο Διοργανωτής δεν θα ευθύνεται στην περίπτωση που, για οποιοδήποτε τεχνικό λόγο, είναι αδύνατη η λήψη και καταχώρηση συμμετοχής κάποιου συμμετέχοντα στην Ιστοσελίδα. Επιπλέον, δεν φέρει καμία ευθύνη για την προσβασιμότητα στην Ιστοσελίδα, καθώς είναι πέραν της σφαίρας επιρροής του.

στ. Αν διαπιστωθεί ότι οποιοσδήποτε συμμετέχων ή επισκέπτης της Ιστοσελίδας παραβιάζει ή υπάρχουν υπόνοιες ότι επιχειρεί να παραβιάσει το δίκτυο, σύστημα ή λογισμικό αυτού, η συμμετοχή του στον Διαγωνισμό ακυρώνεται πάραυτα και ο Διοργανωτής διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να αναφέρει το ζήτημα στις αρμόδιες αρχές.

ζ. Ο Διοργανωτής έχει το δικαίωμα να επαληθεύσει την εγκυρότητα των συμμετοχών και να αποκλείσει οποιονδήποτε συμμετέχοντα επιχειρεί να παρέμβει παρανόμως στη διαδικασία συμμετοχής ή του οποίου η συμμετοχή δεν είναι σύμφωνη με τους παρόντες όρους. Επιπλέον, ο Διοργανωτής διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να ακυρώσει οποτεδήποτε τη συμμετοχή οποιουδήποτε συμμετέχοντα στον Διαγωνισμό ή να του απαγορεύσει την περαιτέρω συμμετοχή, κατά την απόλυτη διακριτική του ευχέρεια, καθ’ οιονδήποτε χρόνο, ακόμη και άνευ προειδοποιήσεως, εφ’ όσον κρίνει ότι η συμμετοχή του έρχεται σε αντίθεση με διατάξεις του νόμου ή γίνεται κακόπιστα ή καταχρηστικά ή αντίθετα προς την καλή πίστη ή τα χρηστά και συναλλακτικά ήθη, την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία, γίνεται κατά τρόπο που αντιβαίνει το γράμμα και το πνεύμα του Διαγωνισμού, καταστρατηγεί ή επιχειρεί να καταστρατηγήσει καθ’ οιονδήποτε τους όρους του.

η. Ο Διοργανωτής δεν φέρει οποιαδήποτε ευθύνη σε περίπτωση κατά την οποία κάποιος νικητής απωλέσει, για οποιαδήποτε λόγο και αιτία, το Δώρο του και/ή αυτό χρησιμοποιηθεί από τυχόν τρίτο πρόσωπο και σε ουδεμία περίπτωση οφείλει να το αντικαταστήσει καθώς η σχετική ευθύνη του περιορίζεται στην παράδοση του Δώρου στους νικητές, κατά τα ειδικότερα διαλαμβανόμενα στους παρόντες όρους, η δε φύλαξη και ορθή χρήση του βαρύνει αποκλειστικά και μόνο τους ιδίους τους νικητές.

θ. Ο Διοργανωτής δεν φέρει ευθύνη για τυχόν ελαττώματα στα Δώρα και δεν υπέχει ούτε αναλαμβάνει οποιαδήποτε σχετική υποχρέωση έναντι των Νικητών. Μετά τη λήξη της Διάρκειας του Διαγωνισμού και της απονομής των Δώρων κατά τα προαναφερόμενα, κάθε υποχρέωσή του σε σχέση με το Διαγωνισμό, παύει να υφίσταται.

ι. Η συμμετοχή στο Διαγωνισμό προϋποθέτει πρόσβαση των ενδιαφερομένων στο διαδίκτυο (internet) με δικά τους τεχνικά μέσα. Ο Διοργανωτής δεν θα ευθύνεται στην περίπτωση που, για οποιοδήποτε τεχνικό λόγο, είναι αδύνατη η λήψη και καταχώρηση συμμετοχής κάποιου διαγωνιζόμενου. Επιπλέον, δεν φέρει καμία ευθύνη για την προσβασιμότητα στην Ιστοσελίδα, ούτε εάν για λόγους πέρα από τον έλεγχό του ή για λόγους ανωτέρας βίας (ενδεικτικά, προβλήματα ή τεχνικές δυσλειτουργίες τηλεφωνικών δικτύων ή γραμμών, online συστημάτων ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών, server ή provider, εξαρτημάτων υπολογιστών, λογισμικού, μη αποστολή ή λήψη δεδομένων λόγω έλλειψης διαθέσιμου χώρου ή λόγω τεχνικών προβλημάτων ή συμφόρησης στο διαδίκτυο ή σε οποιοδήποτε διαδικτυακό τόπο ή λόγω συνδυασμού αυτών των γεγονότων, διακοπή σύνδεσης με το διαδίκτυο, καθώς και προσβολή από ιούς υπολογιστών, κακόβουλες ή παράνομες ενέργειες ή επεμβάσεις τρίτων, απατηλές ενέργειες) καθυστερήσει ή αποτύχει η αποστολή των καταχωρήσεων που γίνονται στο πλαίσιο του Διαγωνισμού.

ια. Ο Ο Διοργανωτής, στο πλαίσιο του παρόντος Διαγωνισμού ενδέχεται να κάνει χρήση υπηρεσιών τρίτων. Ο Διοργανωτής δεν ευθύνεται για τυχόν κακή ή πλημμελή εκτέλεση των υπηρεσιών που θα παρασχεθούν από τρίτους, για οποιαδήποτε ζημία ή βλάβη τυχόν υποστεί οιοσδήποτε κάνει χρήση των Δώρων ή κατά την παροχή υπηρεσιών συνδεόμενων οπωσδήποτε με τα Δώρα, ούτε υπόσχεται ούτε εγγυάται την εκτέλεση των συμβατικών ή άλλων υποχρεώσεων οποιουδήποτε τρίτου σε σχέση με τα Δώρα.

ιβ. Διευκρινίζεται ότι ο Διοργανωτής πέραν των ρητά αναφερομένων στο παρόν, δεν καλύπτει καμία άλλη δαπάνη, που ενδεχομένως δημιουργηθεί στο πρόσωπο κάποιου Νικητή του Διαγωνισμού κατά την παραλαβή του Δώρου του, αλλά και στο πρόσωπο των Συμμετεχόντων κατά τη συμμετοχή τους στο Διαγωνισμό κατά τα ανωτέρω.

ιγ. Η συμμετοχή των Συμμετεχόντων στο Διαγωνισμό ισοδυναμεί αυτομάτως με δήλωση απαλλαγής ευθύνη του Διοργανωτή από πάσης ευθύνης συμπεριλαμβανομένης χωρίς κανένα περιορισμό ευθύνης για τυχόν ατύχημα, σωματική ή άλλη βλάβη.

ιδ. Τα Δώρα που θα αποδοθούν κατά τους παρόντες όρους παρέχονται με αιτία τον Διαγωνισμό, αποκλειόμενης της εφαρμογής των διατάξεων περί ευθύνης του πωλητή ή άλλων διατάξεων που θεμελιώνουν ευθύνη αναφορικά με πραγματικά ελαττώματα, συμφωνημένες ιδιότητες, κ.λ.π., έναντι του Διοργανωτή.

ιε. Ο Διοργανωτής δεν φέρει καμία ευθύνη ποινική ή αστική προς τους Συμμετέχοντες ή τους Νικητές, για οποιαδήποτε βλάβη ήθελε προκληθεί σε αυτούς άμεσα ή έμμεσα από το Διαγωνισμό ή τη χρήση των Δώρων.

ιστ. Οι Συμμετέχοντες δηλώνουν και εγγυώνται με τη συμμετοχή τους στο Διαγωνισμό ειδικά όσον αφορά στα στοιχεία που υποβάλλουν για τη συμμετοχή τους στο Διαγωνισμό δεν παραβιάζονται κανενός είδους προσωπικά δεδομένα ή δικαιώματα προσωπικότητας τρίτων.

9. Προσωπικά Δεδομένα

i. Ο Διοργανωτής, στο πλαίσιο διενέργειας του Διαγωνισμού και υπό τους ανωτέρω όρους θα προβεί στην συλλογή και επεξεργασία των ακόλουθων προσωπικών δεδομένων:

α) των συμμετεχόντων: ημερομηνία γέννησης.

β) των Νικητών: ημερομηνία γέννησης, άλλα στοιχεία που εμπεριέχονται στα έγγραφα ταυτοπροσωπίας που θα επιδεικνύονται κατά τα ανωτέρω από τον Νικητή για τους σκοπούς επιβεβαίωσης της ταυτοπροσωπίας για την παραλαβή του Δώρου τους.

Τα δεδομένα αυτά θα αποτελέσουν αντικείμενο επεξεργασίας για το σκοπό της διενέργειας του Διαγωνισμού και απόδοσης του Δώρου στους Νικητές.

ii. Πρόσβαση στα στοιχεία των συμμετεχόντων και των νικητών έχουν μόνο κατάλληλα εξουσιοδοτημένοι εργαζόμενοι του Διοργανωτή και κατάλληλα εξουσιοδοτημένοι υπάλληλοι της προωθητικής ομάδας που ενεργούν για λογαριασμό του Διοργανωτή, κατά τα ειδικότερα διαλαμβανόμενα στους παρόντες όρους. Η νομική βάση επεξεργασίας των ανωτέρω δεδομένων είναι η υποχρέωση του Διοργανωτή προς εκπλήρωση των υποχρεώσεων που απορρέουν από τους όρους του Διαγωνισμού.

iii. Τα ανωτέρω δεδομένα θα αποθηκεύονται σε ασφαλή server εντός της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης και δεν θα διαβιβάζονται εκτός ΕΟΧ.

iv. Τα προσωπικά δεδομένα των Συμμετεχόντων και των Νικητών θα τηρηθούν για όσο χρονικό διάστημα είναι απολύτως αναγκαίο για τη διεξαγωγή του Διαγωνισμού και θα καταστρέφονται εντός τριών (3) μηνών μετά την ολοκλήρωση του Διαγωνισμού.

v. Οι Συμμετέχοντες και οι Νικητές έχουν το δικαίωμα πρόσβασης κατόπιν αιτήματός τους αφ’ενός να ενημερωθούν για το κατά πόσο ή όχι τα προσωπικά τους δεδομένα υφίστανται επεξεργασία και αφ’ετέρου να λάβουν περαιτέρω πληροφορίες σχετικά με την επεξεργασία. Επιπλέον, έχουν το δικαίωμα να ζητήσουν την διόρθωση των ανακριβών προσωπικών τους δεδομένων. Επίσης, εφόσον συντρέχουν οι προϋποθέσεις του νόμου, έχουν το δικαίωμα διαγραφής, το δικαίωμα περιορισμού της επεξεργασίας, το δικαίωμα φορήτοτητας και το δικαίωμα εναντίωσης της επεξεργασίας.

vi. Τέλος, οι Συμμετέχοντες και οι Νικητές έχουν το δικαίωμα υποβολής καταγγελίας στο Γραφείο Επιτρόπου Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα (Ιάσονος 1, 1082 Λευκωσία, και ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση: commissionerdataprotection.gov.cy.) εφόσον κρίνουν ότι η επεξεργασία των προσωπικών τους δεδομένων αντίκειται στην ισχύουσα νομοθεσία.

vii. Για περαιτέρω πληροφορίες σχετικά με την επεξεργασία των προσωπικών τους δεδομένων, τα ανωτέρω δικαιώματά τους καθώς και για την άσκηση αυτών, οι Συμμετέχοντες και οι Νικητές μπορούν να απευθύνονται εγγράφως στον Διοργανωτή αποστέλλοντας μήνυμα ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου στη διεύθυνση DataProtectionOffice@cchellenic.com.

viii. Για τις ανάγκες της ισχύουσας νομοθεσίας περί προστασίας προσωπικών δεδομένων υπεύθυνος επεξεργασίας ορίζεται o Διοργανωτής, δηλαδή η εταιρεία με την επωνυμία «COCA-COLA HBC CYPRUS LTD», που εδρεύει στην Έγκωμη Λευκωσίας επί της οδού Κυριάκου Μάτση αρ. 66.

10. Τροποποίηση Όρων

Ο Διοργανωτής δύναται να ανακαλέσει την προκήρυξη του Διαγωνισμού ή να τροποποιήσει τους παρόντες όρους (συμπεριλαμβανομένης και της Διάρκειας), ενημερώνοντας σχετικά μέσω της Ιστοσελίδας ή κάθε άλλου πρόσφορου μέσου, με ημερομηνία ισχύος της ανάκλησης ή τροποποίησης αυτής, την ημερομηνία της σχετικής ενημέρωσης.

11. Εφαρμοστέο Δίκαιο – Δωσιδικία

Οι παρόντες όροι διέπονται από το Κυπριακό δίκαιο. Κάθε διαφορά σχετικά με τον Διαγωνισμό, που ενδέχεται να προκύψει, υπόκειται στην αποκλειστική αρμοδιότητα των Δικαστηρίων της Λευκωσίας.

Terms and Conditions of Participation in the Promotion-Competition “BUD FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ Cyprus”

1. Overview of the Competition

The company under the name “COCA-COLA HBC CYPRUS LTD”, having its registered office at 66 Kyriakou Matsi Street, Engomi, Nicosia, as legally represented, (hereinafter the “Organizer”) is organizing a promotion-competition called “BUD FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ Cyprus” (hereinafter the “Competition”) through the website located at https://bud.dondake.ltd/ (hereinafter the “Website”). The Competition will be conducted during ten (10) promotional events taking place at outlets selected by the Organizer.

2. Purpose of the Competition

The purpose of the Competition is to select fifty (50) winners per promotional event and a total of five hundred (500) winners throughout the Duration of the Competition, to whom the Organizer will award the prizes provided for in these terms, in accordance with the specific provisions of the present terms.

3. Participation rights

The Competition is open only to residents of Cyprus who are over eighteen (18) years of age. Any participation by persons under the age of eighteen (18), including participation based on a false declaration of age, shall be automatically void and such entries shall be disqualified.

4. Competition Duration

The duration of the Competition is defined as the period from 15.06.2026 at 19:00 until 19.07.2026 at 23:59 (hereinafter the “Duration”). In particular, the Competition shall be conducted during the period in which each of the ten (10) individual promotional events takes place within the Duration. Any entry submitted outside the Duration shall be deemed invalid and shall not be considered for the selection of Winners.

5. How to participate in the Competition

Without prejudice to the provisions of clause 3 of the present terms, during the Duration, any interested party may participate in the Competition, by following the steps below:

a) Upon purchasing one (1) “BUD” beer, the participant receives from the Promotional Team present at the participating outlets a promotional card/material containing a QR code relating to the Competition.

b) The participant scans the QR code printed on the promotional material relating to the Competition, which is provided by the Promotional Team, using his/her smartphone camera and is thereby directed to the Website.

c) The participant completes the entry form with his/her details (and, more specifically, his/her date of birth), confirms, by selecting the relevant field (clicking “submit”), that he/she wishes to participate in the Competition and that he/she has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

d) Upon completion of the above process, the participant answers the question displayed on the Website and, provided that the answer is correct, the submission of the entry to the Competition is completed and the participant is immediately informed whether he/she has won any of the Competition Prizes. In the event of winning, the Prize shall be collected immediately from the Promotional Team.

e) The submission of an entry to the Competition as described above shall be made under the sole responsibility of the participants. The records maintained by the Organizer containing the participants’ details shall constitute conclusive evidence regarding the receipt of any entry by the Organizer’s system and the validity of each participant’s entry.

f) The submission of each participant’s entry requires the fulfillment of all terms and conditions of participation in the Competition, including the minimum age limit of 18 years.

g) The Organizer may cancel, at its sole discretion, any entry it considers to be the product of illegal technical influence or fraud or unfair interference of the participant or a third party in the Competition or does not meet the terms and conditions of participation in the Competition in general.

h) Each participant in the Competition must act lawfully, in good faith, in alignment with transactional ethics.

i) Participants are entitled to submit multiple entries to the Competition. However, if a participant is selected as a winner in the draw, they shall be entitled to receive only one (1) prize, regardless of the number of entries submitted.

j) Participation in the Competition requires participants to have access to the Internet through their own technical means. The Organizer shall bear no liability if, for any technical reason whatsoever, a participant's entry cannot be received and registered in the Website's system.

6. Announcement of the winners – Acceptance of the Prize

i. A total of fifty (50) Winners per promotional event (and a total of five hundred (500) Winners throughout the Duration of the Competition) shall be selected instantly through the Website. Valid Entries are those which cumulatively meet all of the following requirements:

1. They have been submitted in accordance with the procedure described in Clause 5 above;

2. They satisfy all conditions establishing the right to participate, as set out in Clause 3 above;

3. They comply with the instructions communicated to participants through the Website;

4. They do not constitute, in the Organizer’s sole discretion, the result of any unlawful technical interference by the participant or any third party with the Organizer’s systems, nor any fraud or unfair intervention by the participant or any third party (including, without limitation, through multiple and/or fictitious entries);

5. They do not violate accepted standards of morality and fair commercial practice and are in compliance with these Terms and Conditions;

6. They have been submitted and registered on the Website within the Duration of the Competition, as defined in Clause 4 above.

The Winners selected through the Competition shall be informed immediately via the Website whether they have won a Prize. If a participant is declared a Winner, he/she shall immediately receive the Prize from the Promotional Team present at the location where the relevant promotional event is taking place.

The Organizer reserves the right, at this stage as well, to verify compliance with the terms and conditions of participation in the Competition (and, in particular, whether the Winner is an adult) in any manner it deems appropriate.

In the event that a Winner does not accept his/her Prize or fails to follow the prescribed procedure, he/she shall permanently forfeit any and all rights to the Prize.

7. Prizes

Each Winner shall win one (1) of the following prizes, as determined and displayed on the Website:

• Eight (8) Blue Caps

• Thirteen (13) Bucket Hats

• Five (5) Blue T-Shirts

• Three (3) Beach Towels

• One (1) Hoodie

• Twenty (20) BUD Glasses

For the acceptance and receipt of the Prizes, the Winners may be required to show to the person appointed for this purpose by the Promotional Team their personal Identity Card or other proof of identity (e.g. driver's licence or passport), from which it can be verified that the conditions for participation in the Competition are met (i.e. that the Winner is an adult). In the event of refusal to present an identity document, if requested, the Winner shall lose the right to the Prize and the Prize shall not be awarded.

Each Prize is personal and non-transferable, and the Winners of the Competition do not have the right to exchange it for money or other replaceable things, nor do they have the right to resell or transfer it to third parties.

The specific details of the Prizes are at the sole discretion of the Organiser, and the Prizes are provided solely on the occasion of the Competition. The Organizer may, at any time, change the Prizes or their individual properties by notifying the public of the change in the same way in which it communicates these terms.

8. Liability

i. The Organizer shall not be liable if any of the Winners is unable to, refuses or fails for any reason to receive the Prize or shows indifference or negligence in receiving the Prize. In such cases, the Winner loses any right, claim or entitlement to the Prize, and the latter remains in the hands of the Organizer, who is exempt from any obligation to award it and is entitled to manage the Prize at its absolute discretion and sole judgment.

ii. In any case, the liability of the Organizer is limited to any acts or omissions committed by fraud or gross negligence and does not extend to random events or events of force majeure that may occur in relation to them.

iii. The Organizer will be solely responsible for the distribution of the Prizes to the Winners of the Competition. If all Prizes are made available, the Organizer shall not be liable to any third party, including the winners of the Competition, for the provision of any additional prizes, for any reason and cause.

iv. After the end of the Duration of the Competition and the distribution of the Prizes as mentioned above, any obligation of the Organizer in relation to the Competition ceases.

v. The Organizer shall not be liable in the event that, for any technical reason whatsoever, it is impossible to receive and register a participant’s entry on the Website. Furthermore, the Organizer shall bear no responsibility for the accessibility of the Website, as this is beyond its sphere of control.

vi. If it is determined that any participant or visitor of the Website violates, or is suspected of attempting to violate, the Website’s network, system or software, his/her participation in the Competition shall be immediately cancelled, and the Organizer reserves the right to report the matter to the competent authorities.

vii. The Organizer have the right to verify the validity of the entries and to exclude any participant who attempts to illegally interfere with the entry process or whose entry does not comply with these terms. In addition, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the participation of any participant in the Competition at any time or to prohibit further participation, at its sole discretion, at any time, even without notice, if it deems that this participation is contrary to the provisions of the law or is done in bad faith or is abusive or is against good faith or transactional ethics or Greek legislation, or is done in a way that is contrary to the letter and spirit of the Competition, or circumvents or attempts to circumvent these terms in any way.

viii. The Organizer do not bear any responsibility in the event that a winner loses, for any reason, his/her Prize and/or it is used by any third party and in no case shall they replace it as their relevant responsibility is limited to the delivery of the Prize to the winners according to the specific provisions of these terms, and its safekeeping and proper use is the sole responsibility of the winners themselves.

ix. The Organizer shall not be liable for any defects in the Prizes and shall not be liable or assume any liability towards the Winners. After the end of the Duration of the Contest and the awarding of the Prizes as mentioned above, any obligation in relation to the Contest ceases.

x. Participation in the Competition requires participants to have access to the Internet through their own technical means. The Organizer shall not be liable in the event that, for any technical reason whatsoever, it is impossible to receive and register a participant’s entry. Furthermore, the Organizer shall bear no responsibility for the accessibility of the Website, nor shall it be liable if, for reasons beyond its control or due to force majeure events (including, without limitation, failures or technical malfunctions of telephone networks or lines, online computer systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure to send or receive data due to lack of available space or technical problems or congestion on the Internet or on any website, or any combination thereof, interruption of Internet connectivity, computer virus infections, malicious or unlawful acts or interventions by third parties, or fraudulent activities), the submission of entries made in connection with the Competition is delayed or unsuccessful.

xi. The Organizer in the context of this Competition may use the services of third parties. The Organizer shall not be liable for any improper performance of the services provided by any third party, for any damage suffered by anyone making use of the Prizes or in the provision of services necessarily related to the Prizes, nor do they promise or guarantee the performance of the contractual or other obligations of any third party in relation to the Prizes.

xii. It is clarified that the Organizer apart from what is expressly stated herein, do not cover any other expense that may be incurred in the person of a Winner of the Competition upon receipt of his/her Prize, but also in the person of the Participants during their participation in the Competition according to the above.

xiii. The participation of the Participants in the Competition is considered a declaration of exemption from liability of the Organizer from any liability including without limitation liability for any accident, bodily or other damage.

xiv. The Prizes that will be awarded in accordance with these terms are provided by reason of the Competition, excluding the application of the provisions on seller's liability or other provisions that establish liability regarding actual defects, agreed qualities, etc., towards the Organizer.

xv. The Organizer shall not bear any criminal or civil liability towards the Participants or the Winners, for any harm caused to them directly or indirectly by the Competition.

xvi. The Participants declare and warrant that by participating in the Competition, especially with regard to the information they submit in the entry form, that no copyright, personal data or personality rights of third parties will be violated.

9. Personal Data

i. The Organizer, in the context of the Competition and under the above conditions, will proceed to the collection and processing of the following personal data:

ii. Data of the participants: date of birth.

iii. Data of the Winners: date of birth, other information contained in the identity documents that will be presented by the Winner in accordance with the above for the purposes of confirming their identity for the receipt of their Prize.

iv. The above data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the Competition and awarding the Prize to the Winners.

v. Access to the data of the participants and the winners is available only to duly authorized employees of the Organizer and appropriately authorized members of the promotional team acting on behalf of the Organizer, as specifically outlined in these terms. The legal basis for the processing of the above data is the Organizer's obligation to fulfill the obligations arising from the terms of the Competition.

vi. The above data will be stored on a secure server within the European Union and will not be transmitted outside the EEA.

vii. The personal data of the Participants and the Winners will be kept for as long as is necessary for the conduct of the Competition and will be destroyed within three (3) months after the completion of the Competition.

viii. Participants and Winners have the right, upon their request, to be informed about whether or not their personal data is being processed and to receive further information about the processing. In addition, they have the right to request the correction of their inaccurate personal data. Also, if the conditions of the law are met, they have the right to request the erasure, the restriction of processing, the portability of their data and the right to object to data processing.

ix. Finally, the Participants and the Winners have the right to lodge a complaint to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (1 Iasonos, 1082 Nicosia, and email address: commissionerdataprotection.gov.cy.) if they consider that the processing of their personal data is contrary to the applicable legislation.

x. For further information regarding the processing of their personal data, their above rights as well as their exercise, the Participants and the Winners may contact the Organizer by an email to DataProtectionOffice@cchellenic.com.

xi. For the purposes of the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data, "COCA-COLA HBC CYPRUS LTD" based in Cyprus, 66 Kyriakou Matsi Street, Engomi, Nicosia, is the data controller.

10. Amendment of Terms

The Organizer may revoke the Competition or modify these terms (including the Duration), by informing about it in the same way used to communicate these Terms and Conditions and by any other appropriate means, with the effective date of its revocation or amendment being the date of the relevant notification.

11. Applicable Law – Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Cyprus law. Any dispute regarding the Competition which may arise, is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Nicosia.
